- RMC Batching plant Operating and Plant maintenance
- Above Both Plant Ericsson and dismantle
- Electrical wiring and calibration of plant maintenance
- Round Checking of Plant & machinery with proper channel and ensuring that the Machine is seated properly or not
- Settings up the plant and then uprooting it with my staff when the job is done
- Read work orders to determine production specifications and information
- Weigh and measure material, ingredients, and product to ensure conformance to requirements
- Must be available to work days, nights and Saturdays if needed
- Manpower movement and handling at site
- Purchase of machinery parts and Batching plant parts also
- Start machines to mix or blend ingredients
- Dump or pour specified amounts of material's into machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Stop mixing or blending machines when specified product qualities are obtained
- Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands in order to ensure conformance to established standards
- Record operational and production data on specified forms
- Tend accessory equipment such as pumps and conveyors to move materials or ingredients through production processes
- Unload mixtures into containers or onto conveyors for further processing
- Clean and maintain equipment, includes clean up and wash down of both equipment and batching area and produce on-time & in-spec concrete for the customer
- Responsible for daily inspection of facilities, do necessary repairs and will complete maintenance checklist
- Keeping accurate inventory of cement, fly ash, admixtures, aggregates and maintain proper raw material levels and order as needed (aggregates, cement, additives)
- Look out Loaded aggregate material into batch plant and Maintain material inventories and order materials as needed and Receive load tickets and load trucks for delivery
- Provides leadership to other plant employees and drivers in absence of P&M Engineer/Manager/Production Coordinator
- Complete various daily, weekly and monthly reports as required to assist Accounting, Distribution and others
- Shovelling, sweeping, picking up trash, painting and general clean-up of plant areas, as needed to maintain a clean and efficient work environment in presence of my co-worker
- This position is used to provide relief and will be required to report to various plant locations as needed to support our continuously changing business
- Communicate with crew members on status of work load
