Jobs and Responsibilities
- Prepare Programming and setting up of CNC Milling Machines, Manage Production and Develop Technical Solutions for machining technique.
- CNC programming knowledge in SOLIDCAM & MASTER CAM-X5
- Manual Programming and setting up and running of CNC machines
- Prepare Tool selection , process planning, sequence of operations and detail drawings.
- Fabricating of Jigs, Fixtures and Inspection Gauges
- Evaluating co-ordinates to make 2D&2.5D program for machining,Editing of NC Programming
- Calculating the proper speed, feed and depth of roughing and finish cuts, select correct cutter material and set the tool length offset, cutter compensation
- Inspecting the machined parts with best applicable inspection techniques and with correct measuring instruments to the desired dimensions
- In-process inspection by using related measuring instruments.
11.Performing daily preventive maintenance of machines to keep all machines in good working condition to Maximize the efficiency.
