- Ayer Rajah Crescent Food Center (Timber +). Took over project at the design stage. Worked together with the Project Manager (Architect) to come up with design of the container supports as well as firm up and finish the design of the food center structural design. Manage and coordinate with the contractor on all C&S issues until CSC. Liaise with BCA and any other statutory board and submission issues.
- NUS (welding yard with hoist). Design of welding yard with 1 nos hoist. Managed and coordinate project from tender stage to CSC. Design of structure in Eurocode
- Upgrading of workshop for National Oilwell Varco (NOV). Design of 3 nos hoist structural add-on onto existing structure. Check on existing full structural building to ensure the 3 nos hoist can be supported. Managed and coordinate project from tender stage to CSC. Design of structure in Eurocode.

- Jurong Rock Cavern Phase 1. Involved in underground piping support design.
- Tuas Depot. Involved in the design of the platforms in the Depot as well as the cable utilities bridge. Proceed to the management of the construction stage involving various design changes and liaison with contractors until the completion of the bridge and platforms. Prepare submission documents from design to CSC of the platforms and cable utilities bridge to BCA as well as any other relevant statutory board. Submission of as built documents to BCA for piling works for entire depot.
