Through my experience and education, I have developed strong communication and customer care skills which will help me exceed your expectations. I am very skilled in scheduling patient appointments for tests, treatment and performing patient registration tasks. I am able to determine explain and gather required payments at point of registration and perform various routine clerical duties such as filing, typing, answering telephone and opening email.
Register patients, dispense medication, ECG, nebuilizer, ensure the blood tube, urine, stool label and pap smear label reflect the correct patients, chaperone doctor, administer swab for patients, quarterly stock checks, appointment booking, monitor patient X’ray, billing, cashiering.
Daily administration and submittion of Chas, Pioneer Generation and company insurance claim
Diploma in Supervisory Management (PSB) , GCE 5 N Level (Tuan Mong High school)
