I am a NTU Bioengineering fresh graduate with 3 years of research experience in cell culture, protein purification, and nanoscale biophysics. Through my internship at EVONIK (SEA), I have assisted in human mesenchymal stem cell media formulation and development. I am a fast learner with valuable hands-on experience in lab which I believe will allow me to easily adapt in new working environments.
During my internship at EVONIK (SEA), I assisted in the media formulation and development for human mesenchymal stem cells. I have learnt many valuable skills such as data analysis, benchtop bioreactor setup and troubleshooting, FACS, etc. Besides that, I have accumulated about 3 years of lab experience during my undergraduate studies in NTU comprising of (Undergraduate Research Experience on Campus (URECA) program, summer internship, and my final year project.
My research investigated the effects of nanoscale biophysics of membrane on viral protein behavior. From there, I have learnt many lab techniques such as cell culture, liposome preparation, protein purification, laser confocal microscopy, and PCR.
Bioengineering degree at NTU, graduating with an expected first class honors.
