As a Lego Serious Play and Design Thinking Facilitator, my role is to help individuals and teams unlock their full creative potential and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Through the use of the Lego Serious Play methodology, I guide participants through a process of building and reflection to help them gain a deeper understanding of the challenges they face and explore innovative solutions. The approach is hands-on, collaborative, and engaging, and helps to foster open communication and shared ownership of the problem-solving process.

In addition to my expertise in Lego Serious Play, I am also experienced in Design Thinking, a human-centered approach to problem-solving that emphasizes empathy, experimentation, and iteration. Through the use of this approach, I help teams develop a deep understanding of their users and design solutions that meet their needs and expectations.

As a facilitator, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table and am dedicated to creating an engaging and creative experience for participants.
