As an experienced Senior Consultant with close to 5 years of recruitment experience, I have a proven track record of success in recruiting for the Banking & Financial industry across Singapore. I have a deep understanding of clients' needs and requirements, which has enabled me to ensure the right match between candidates and job opportunities.

My expertise includes conducting market research, meticulously screening of candidates, and utilizing job portals such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, JobsBank, Efinancials, and Monster to source and data mine suitable candidates. I have managed the on-boarding of candidates, matched candidates to various job openings, and selected and interviewed candidates for suitable job positions. Additionally, I have guided candidates through interview processes, including offers and job applications, and conducted reference checks to ensure candidates were best suited for companies' needs.

My experience has also included account management, where I operated as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our accounts. I have built and maintained strong, long-lasting client relationships, managed multiple accounts on a daily basis, and provided operational advice to clients in relation to employment contracts, terms of employment, and the interpretation of agreements, and policies according to the Ministry of Manpower regulations. Additionally, I have facilitated the arranging of interviews and offering the contract of service to the candidates, oversaw customer account management, negotiated contracts and agreements to maximize profit, and developed trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
