• Lead team members in awareness campaigns by creating activities and marketing strategies to help raise campaign awareness
• Achieved a 20% increase of turn outs due to organising activities
• Analysed project data to understand what are the strengths and weaknesses, revealed key areas of improvement and enhanced project productivity by 50%
• Developed quick solutions to problems such as how to enhance campaign turnouts and ways to gather donations
