✓ Detailed engineering, system engineering, specifications, layouts, loop drawings & logic diagrams
✓ Process measurement & control instrumentation & services to monitor, & optimize manufacturing processes.
✓ Managing erection/ commissioning of process control equipments (PLC/VFD/SERVO).
✓ Develop logic programs on PLC/RTU/SCADA/HMI platform, developed logic and HMI screens & have experience on data transfer from different platforms through PLC etc.
✓ Prepare drawings & documents required for implementing PLC/SCADA related jobs.
✓ Carrying out the complete Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for the approval of the customer.
✓ Designing Automation & Control Systems involving configuration, programming and testing of Human Machine

✓ Preparing Technical Drawings/ Wiring Drawings/ Filed Termination Charts/ Installation Procedures and
Documents based on the functional specification and site requirements.
✓ Familiar with AutoCAD for design/development.
MES & MIS Software
✓ Designing Manufacturing information & Execution System involving configuration, programming and testing of
MIS Application Interface.
✓ Coordinating the entire development including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, designing,
prototype development and testing activities.
✓ Preparing Technical Design document/ Statement of work/ Architecture / Project Plan / Project Schedule/
Installation Procedures and Documents based on the functional specification and site requirements.
✓ Active involvement and managing the Pre & Post implementation of Manufacturing information & Execution
System support.
Project Man and Opportunity Management
✓ Managing a team of workmen and guiding them to address and resolve performance bottlenecks along with imparting in-house training.
✓ Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce; addressing training needs of staff to enhance skills and productivity.
✓ Technical discussion with Customer and Consultant at Pre-tender and post tender stage.
✓ Providing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to industries based on the project requirement.
✓ Preparation of technical specifications, estimates, scope and deliverables based on Project requirement.

✓ An Electrical & Electronics Diploma with over 12+ years of experience in PLC/SCADA/Information Software/
Automation & Control in multiple Industries.
✓ Currently working as Interface Engineer in Gulf Cryo - Dubai.
✓ Thorough knowhow of Process control, Monitoring and information system for smelter plant process applications.
✓ Well versed with Instrumentation, PLC/RTU/VFD/SERVO/SCADA/OSI PI/HISTORIAN and hands on experience in the programming of HMI/PLC/SCADA and implementing and development MIS/MES System.

Work bench and Studio 5000 Software.
