Innovative pastry chef from egypt but currently in singapore for some pastry studying.
My last experience was in egypt at EBY Bakehouse brand. I was the head pastry chef there my roles were :1- creating menus for events while organizing with the hot kitchen to match the concept the guest is aiming for.
2- planning schedules for the teams & the roles for each one.
3- training team members on pastry items ,different techniques & hygienic attitude.
4- Prepare the recipe book to make standard recipes so everyone can follow seamlessly.
5- Produce pastries on time and in line with our recipes and standards.
6- Developing items & new menus constantly so nothing is being repeated in events especially that we have frequent customers.
7- Organize data and recipes with cost control engineer to maintain a cost efficent menu items.
8- Prepare market list for events if required.
9-Interact with guests, get their feedback and record their complaints.
10- Report to production manager about kitchen equipment repairs , storage and maintainance required.
And now i'm handling a new project in Egypt as the executive pastry chef.
I'm graduated from faculty of commerce - accounting department.
& I'm certified chef by City&Guilds.
