• Ensure adherence to WSH Acts, company safety rules, and permit-to-work systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations to the Safety Officer and Site Management.
• Support the implementation of corrective measures for non-compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date safety and environmental documentation for MOM, NEA, and ISO audits.
• Assist in investigations of accidents, incidents, and dangerous occurrences.
• Update site management on new or revised statutory safety requirements.
• Act as Secretary for the Project WSH Committee, facilitating safety communications.
• Assist in organizing safety training, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Support worker management regarding courses, medical reporting, and welfare matters.
• Assist in implementing site environmental control programs, including vector-borne disease prevention.
• Ensure public safety in site-adjacent areas and activities visible to the public.
• Coordinate with authorities on environmental and safety compliance matters.
• Monitor Project Progress: Keep a close eye on active project timelines, flagging potential delays early and ensuring we stay on schedule.
• Follow Up on Outstanding Tasks: Proactively chase internal teams and external stakeholders to close out action items and prevent bottlenecks.
• Coordinate Across Departments: Act as the communication bridge between Product, Development, QA, and Design to ensure seamless information flow.
• Schedule Meetings & Appointments: Organize stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and client check-ins across multiple time zones with ease.
• Prepare Reports & Update Records: Maintain accurate project documentation and generate weekly status reports for leadership review.
• Provide Administrative Support: Step in to assist the wider operations team with ad-hoc administrative needs as they arise.
• As a project coordinator Assisting the Project Manager in maintaining the project flow, monitoring and supervising the signage installation.
• Do site surveys before commencement of the project and feed back to Project Manager if there any obstacles in the sign installation and locations are ready to receive the signs.
• Coordinate with factory for timely delivery of signage to the site.
• Also acted as Safety coordinator, Helping Project Manager in preparing Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, Fall Prevention Plans and Method Statements and Submit to Main con for approval and obtain it.
