well I was working with sg Hewlett packard as coordinator for past 14 years and also working as beauty and makeup advisor at sass beauty store for almost 4 year

BEAUTY ADVISOR

• Greet customers and provide good customer service by helping them to find the products and services based on their preferences,needs and budget.
• Provide personalized recommendations on skin care routine and haircare products based on their skin type, hair type and personal style.
• Demonstrate step by step on how to apply makeup look and provide tips and tutorials to help customer to achieve the look they want (e.g foundation and eye shadow blending,face shading ,contouring and etc ).
• Ensure all the makeup tools are cleaned and sanitation and meet quality standards at all the time .

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipment documentation. Maintain organized records of shipping and receiving documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to process and track orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely and accurate entry of order data into the warehouse management system (WMS) and SAP
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation. Work closely with the inventory team to update system records and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide support to customers and internal teams by addressing inquiries related to order status, shipments, and documentation. Communicate effectively with clients and resolve any issues related to administrative processes.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update and maintain warehouse records. Generate and distribute regular reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels and order status.
