My teachers and mentors usually describe me as someone who is hardworking, self-driven, coachable, capable, resilient, responsible and versatile. In leading my teams, I am able to guide them through uncertainties to achieve milestones that exceeds expectations. Having completed numerous professional certifications, I am always eager to enhance my skills and competencies. Through my internship and school experiences, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to rise to any challenge or task given to me. For instance, as former Club President of NPYA Pacers, I managed to turn a club with few members into a bustling, reputable club with a few hundred members within a short span of time.
Above all, agility is in my core. I lead with servant leadership, and apply agile mindsets, principles, and methodologies in my day-to-day work. The only way to navigate through the uncertainties and ever-changing realities in the increasingly volatile world is to adopt an agile mindset, and being agile. Agility requires a high level of self-awareness and consistent education, and that is why I firmly believe in learning about agile at a young age. In line with Scrum Alliance's mission, I believe in transforming the world of work and making work a lot more enjoyable. It is my dream to become an agile advocate and practitioner in my future workplace.
