• Shipped 90+ features and digital products across consumer, community and brand experiences supporting 100+ onboarded brands, 1M+ shoppable posts and 350+ brand ambassadors with a combined reach of 7M+.
• Led experience design for Vera, Verifyt’s AI stylist, from concept to interface. Shipped Vera in Outfit Builder and prototyped conversational onboarding and chat.
• Owned end-to-end experience design for Virtual Try-On, including generation, photo selection, moderation, error handling and credit-return flows.
• Designed subscription and monetisation experiences across Premium plans, paywalls, upsells, cashback wallet and wishlist.
• Redesigned onboarding, body-scanning guidance and measurement results, lifting scan completion to 87%, guided by analytics funnel data, community and business feedback, and informal user testing.
• Partnered with product, engineering and business leadership to prioritise features and define scope; ran usability testing and design QA on release builds, checking implementation against Figma and logging UX issues and bugs before launch.
• Led and mentored 4–6 designers, coordinating planning, critiques and design delivery across release cycles.
• Built the design system and reworked design-to-development handoff into feature-based files, reducing handoff time and engineering back-and-forth.
• Established UX writing standards across onboarding, notifications, errors and empty states, creating a clearer and more consistent product voice.

• Led spatial planning, technical design and material selection for workplace environments, including OCBC Centre East, with regular vendor coordination.

• Designed experiential events across Resorts World Sentosa, Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium and RWS Casino, working with external vendors to deliver designs within safety and budget constraints.

• Supported Dior retail rollouts across Japan, Macau, China, Korea and New Zealand, adapting global design guidelines and developing layouts and 3D models.
