Role: Senior Siebel Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Create a process that improve the performance of one the main object uses by the system to process the work order creation.
• Develop system based on Siebel Open UI and using java code.
• Participate in functional / technical design discussion.
• Propose / Create design a process to meet the requirement given by the user.
• Create / configure new and existing Siebel object based on the requirement given by the user.
• Communicate with colleague regarding the status and update on the current task on hand to mitigate any issues any issue encounter during development.
• Assist colleague for issue they encounter during their development on the task assigned to them.
• Coordinate with third party system the regarding the approach and the required functionality needed to make the interface between to 2 systems successful.
• Create technical document for technical KT and future reference.
• Improve and maintain critical object handled by our Team.
• Prepare and check modified and created objects that will be migrated to another environment.
• Perform unit and regression testing on the new and existing that was impacted by the change.
• Support SIT/UAT testing, and fix issue encountered by the user in their testing.

Role: Production Support

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with user about the issue that they encountered in Production.
• Analyze the production issue to understand the possible root cause.
• Perform data fix for issue that doesn’t require permanent due to bad data or other non-system error.
• Create a solution to fix the issue encountered by the user.
• Meet the SLA for every defect or issues raise by the user in Production.
• Propose solution for future enhancement in system to Development Team.
• Assist user for possible issue that they might encounter during Production deployment.
