I combine industry experience in online experimentation, web development and eCommerce marketing, with an academic background in Multimedia, web page and information resource design. For over ten years, I have been involved in eCommerce programs and projects, responsible for managing online store experiences, delivering new features, functionalities, merchandising, driving sales campaigns, and A/B Testing.

Leading the global expansion of the experimentation program at HP Inc for Asia and Europe, widely acknowledged lead in evangelising and delivering a global program, by providing analysis and data to provide and support data led decision making.

I have presented at numerous conferences discussing the importance of experimentation and the value of promoting a culture of experimentation, evangelising an experimentation program, and supporting business decisions and goals based on data.

Currently I am employed as Program Experimentation Lead for HP Inc. I am also available as a freelance consultant to help businesses grow their online stores, experimentation culture and scale an experimentation program.
