Currently I am working with ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as the Team Lead for the Infrastructure Team, APAC where one of my roles is to lead a team of Network and Server engineers in delivering IT Infrastructure requirements for the bank.

I drive my team in ensuring the high availability and optimum performance of our IT Infrastructure while keeping it free from vulnerabilities.

I work along with other teams in formulating new solutions that supports business needs. As well as resolving complex problem.

Below is an overview of my responsibilities.

• Manage a team of Network, Server and Database Engineers (6 pax).
• Ensure the IT Infrastructure is running in the optimum performance (Network, Storage, Backup, Computing)
• Represent the Infrastructure Team in the daily IT Management Team meetings.
• Coordinate with other IT teams to formulate solutions to support Business Needs.
• Oversee the implementation of formulated IT solutions.
• Liaise with the Security Team to close out vulnerabilities in the Infrastructure Environment and ensure Servers are patched regularly.
• Maintain BCP procedure document. Oversee annual IT DR testing.
• Manage renewals of maintenance and subscribe services contracts. Procurement of IT solutions.
• Serve as POC for Internal and External audits concerning IT Infrastructure items.
• Create and review SOP Documents.

Aside from above, I am hard working, able to deliver what is asked for. Quick to adapt and learn new thing, resilient and welcomes new challenges. Doesn't like working in silos and always willing to help. Maintains good relationship with everyone. Dedicated to work and to company.

Though as much as I would love to stay with my current company, whom I have been with for 13 years, it has been on a wind down since 2020 and will be closing down soon. My availability is from August 1st.
