- Prepare and submit Request for Inspection (RFI) to QPS and conduct the site inspection with RE/RTO covering all key elements.
- Ensure boring, rebar installation and pouring follow the approved method statement and BCA drawings.
- Ensure verticality, stabilizing fluid properties and reinforcement parameters are within the tolerance.
- Prepare daily work plan, coordinate with site supervisors and ensure the daily target is achieved.
- Coordination and prepare reports for test pile like Kentledge, Coring PDA and Sonic logging
- Conducting Koden test to check profile and verticality of the bored pile.
- Preparing pile casting garphs to monitor concrete flow and ensuring quality of standrds during the casting.
- Prepare daily reports and report on the progress to senior management.
Site Engineer - CEYLEX RENEWABLES (PVT) LTD - Sri Lanka

- Prepare temporary access for the piling machine, crane and other machinery to mobilize to each wind turbine location.
- Work with site supervisor and foreman to prepare working platform for crane and boring rig parking and ensure that is safe to proceed.
- Set out the piling locations and capture the off set before it starts boring.
- Supervise boring work ensure the correct diameter, depth are being achieved and ensure the verticality is being achieved until reach the toe level.
- Supervise the rebar installation and ensure the correct size and required lapping length are maintained and supervise the tremie pipe installation for the concreting process.
- Conduct all necessary inspections with the consultant and ensure inspection forms are closed out in a timely manner.
- Conduct the trail mix for the proposed concrete from the nearest concrete batching plant.
- Prepare the Microsoft project schedule for the piling and above ground structure work for the wind turbines.
- Carried out excavation for pile caps, hacking of pile head and preparation for the pile cap construction.

- Carry out and supervise construction of elevated water tank facilities form the basement to completion of the structure.
- Carry out and supervise open cut excavation and installation of water pipes (RC pipes and PVC pipes) according to the approved drawing.
- Conduct the inspection with the consultant and close out the inspection forms in a timely manner.
- Conduct feasibility studies for construction of facilities, such as water supply systems, run-off collection networks of rural water schemes.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the chief engineer of the department.
- Attend the weekly meeting regularly to address the construction challenges faced and targets for the following week.
- Prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), estimate the other materials required for each phase of the project such needs of RC pipes, PVC Pipes, machinery for the excavation.

- Prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) according to the approved shop drawing and order rebar and manage delivery according to the progress needs.
- Setting out the pile location with help of surveyor and capture off-set points for before the boring activity.
- Conduct the routine inspection with the consultant for the bore piling construction to ensure that the correct diameter of the bore hole, required depth, and correct reinforcement are being installed.
- Supervise the concrete pouring and ensure the correct grade of concrete, slump check, and timely removal of tremie pipes.
- Maintain the entire bore pile records and timely close out the inspection forms.
