Michelle Ong

I’m Michelle, a motivated university undergraduate majoring in Human Resource Management with a minor in Psychology at Singapore University of Social Sciences. Passionate in the field of Human Resource and its related functions, I am driven in advancing my career as a human resource professional.

My most recent internship as a regional human resource intern was tasked to assist in various employee matters ranging from issuance of work pass, government leave claim submission to facilitation the onboarding and offboarding of employees in the SAP system. Having past experience as a finance intern have trained me to have a keen eye for detail as I was task to verify the accuracy of key information of shipping documents and arranging payment files monthly to attain an organized filing system.

Apart from internship pursuits, I was involved in a community engagement initiative as a member of the sales and business development team for a non-social enterprise, Social Gifting. We were able to successfully proposed and developed sales strategies for product bundling and also conducted quality checks on crafts and successfully collaborated with SingPost for upcycling initiative.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management with a minor in Psychology at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
