My core duties included managing the project timelines from clients internationally, building lasting relationships with the clients by understanding their brand aesthetics and product expectations, and to aid in the development of their ideas to actualisation. A key stakeholder in the development and quality control of each product, maintaining a high production standard across all categories, and in creative problem solving. Other ad-hoc duties include data costing entries, oversee of day to day operations, and coordination with CAD/3D renderer in development of paper patterns and remodeling.
Forecast market demands and develop commercial design collections based on current trends. Oversee fittings to evaluate product samples to ensure that they meet high standards, sourcing of fabrications and communicating with the factory for batch production. Partake in a buyer's role to source and curate secondary products to upsell as seasonal launch collections. Product styling and visual merchandising, both retail and online.
