HR Systems and Data Support (HRnetOne) - Nov 2022 to July 2023

• Enhanced efficiency and productivity by streamlining HR data processes through the implementation of 5 self-initiated Excel VBA projects and the utilization of complex Excel formulas and functions, resulting in a significant reduction in work time from 2 hours to just 5 minutes per project.
• Carried out extensive research and analysed large datasets of over 100,000 rows via pivot tables, for parties such as the Finance Team and the Board of Directors.
• Resolved discrepancies in system data for 28 business units and collaborated with IT department to identify and resolve system bugs
• Designed slides for quarterly reviews (Group Quarterly Business Review and Critical Success Activity), as well as Leave Entitlement Policy infographics for 9 countries.
