• Leading store’s overall operation and review business performance. Having in charge of 6 Uniqlo stores, including super large and flagship stores in Indonesia. Managed to lead my store to become Uniqlo Global Model Store from Indonesia.
• Continuously achieved sales and profit more than 100% vs target, and reached 150% vs previous year. Managed to level up store scale from small to standard and from standard to large by rapid growth of sales. 
• Consistently managed Plan-Do-Review Cycle in daily, weekly, monthly, and half year basis for business operation, inventory management, creation of sales floor (layout, visual merchandising, and marketing assets), profit and loss, and personnel management to increase store's efficiency and effectiveness.
• Managed to maximize store’s productivity level to be the highest in Indonesia. 
• Actively participating in company's item campaign and special collections launching
• Managing inventory of super-large store. Controlling out-of-stock ratio from 4% to be 1.6%, exceeding company target <3%. Managing TOP 60 items sales ratio to be 48% with inventory ratio 35%.
• Accelerate development for Management Trainee to become First Assistant Store Manager within 6 months.

I graduated from International Relations Department in Universitas Padjadjaran Indonesia. During my degree, I actively seek professional experiences by becoming intern in Public Relations Department in Telkom Indonesia and Bank Indonesia. I have been commended on my ability in communication, be it interpersonal or public speaking.

Beside becoming Liaison Officer in several committees, I also was a Host Family for AIESEC intern from China and Egypt. And I successfully become the MC of Asian-African Partnership International Conference by the recommendation of my lecturers in IR: the lecturer of International Organization subject, the lecturer of Foreign Policy Analysis subject, and the lecturer of French.
