Monitor the worker entry and declaration of day/night shift worker particular to the yard security department

prepare daily time sheets for all workers.

Assign and deploy the worker to the respective vessel/project .

Responsible for preparation of purchase order, delivery order, tax invoice for customer.

Current position: production and general supervisor cum driver

SCOPE OF JOB:

Attend daily VSCC meeting to contribute and collaborate production matter as well as safety concerned.
Supervise work activities directly at site and create a situation to implement “safe work” by deploying barricades, enough signboards, safety light for night reflective objectives etc.
Supervise all the work in different condition such as excavation work, work near underground facilities, pipe, cables, vessels etc.
Follow up with vendors, production & purchasing department regarding all incoming and outgoing equipment.
Maintain client and field service intervention of records and documentation.
Manage client communications process for components support and assistance.
Keep track of all the documentation such as quotation, PO, DO etc.
Perform as a lorry operator (Singapore class 3 license) to deliver goods to customer
Loading & unloading of goods,
Ferry worker ,
work on a Catering as a part time driver, deliver dinner, assist to set up buffet
