• Liaising with custodians by communicating with them through email or face-to-face to enquire and/or answer their queries 
• Generating weekly Excel reports for stocktaking using software to present to agency management on the progress

• Prospecting potential clients for corporate catering through cold calling and emails
• Budgeting, planning and searching for materials for corporate event
