• Estate Executive

• Oversee and ensure preventive maintenance and inspections on mosque buildings and all equipment (e.g. air-con, sound system, plumbing, fire extinguishers, fixed assets, and the likes) are carried out on a timely basis according to respective Maintenance Contract.
• Oversee the level of cleanliness within the premises and manage areas that require attention/improvements.
• Monitor work done by external parties for major repairs/improvement works that are safely done and conduct toolbox briefing before the start of work and assess any High-Risk areas.
• Ensure all Maintenance Contracts are proper and renewed annually.
• Source and negotiate quotations for potential Contract Agreements when required.
• Oversee proper inventory record-keeping of all fixed assets in accordance with the provisions of the Mosque Financial Regulations of MUIS.
• Ensure effective notifications system for logistical preparations and arrangements of events and activities.
• Oversee and ensure safe work procedures are met and observed and promote safety awareness in the mosque.
• Prepare safety incident reports when there is an incident or accident occurs.
• Lead Risk Assessment Team to tackle safety issues in the mosque.

• Fire Safety Manager 

• Ensure at all times that fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied with.
• Conduct daily checks within the premises and remove or cause to be removed any fire hazard that is found within the premises.
• Submit annual fire safety report to management.
• Prepare and execute the Emergency Response Plan for the premises and distribute the Emergency Response Plan to the occupants of the premises.
• Ensure that all occupants are Train, co‑ordinate and supervise the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) and occupants for the premises in first‑aid, fire‑fighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies.
• Co-ordinate and supervise the occupants within the premises in firefighting and in evacuation in the event of fire familiar with the means of escape located within the premises.
• Supervise the operation of the Fire Command Centre in the event of fire or other related emergencies;
• Prepare and implement the Arson Prevention Plan for the premises.
• Prepare fire safety guidebooks for the occupants of the premises.
• Organize campaigns, training courses, competitions, contests and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the occupants within the premises in establishing a fire safe environment.
• Conduct fire drills and table top for the occupants of the premises at least twice in every calendar year or on such occasion as may be directed by the Commissioner.
