My journey as a Workplace Safety and Health Manager/Officer/Coordinator has been shaped by a profound passion for ensuring the well-being of all individuals in diverse and challenging industries. Throughout my career, I have garnered extensive experience in managing WSH concerns across a wide spectrum, including the Marine, Manufacturing, and Construction sectors. I am proud to hold registrations and licenses as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and Environmental Control Officer (ECO), in addition to numerous other national and international certifications that underscore my proficiency in this domain.

One of my proudest achievements is the successful leadership and oversight of WSH teams on multifaceted projects, ranging from FPSO, Cruise Vessel, VLCC, Chemical/Product Tankers, to Building Construction, Electronics, and Electrical Manufacturing. My approach has always revolved around ensuring strict compliance with the WSH Act and its subsidiary legislations, coupled with the implementation and diligent monitoring of safety management systems, comprehensive incident investigations, and adept report writing. I have consistently conducted risk assessments, provided invaluable technical safety guidance to Project Management Teams (PMT), facilitated training initiatives, and spearheaded WSH promotional activities.

This unyielding commitment to safety has yielded tangible results, including the attainment of organizational safety objectives, a reduction in accidents, and the achievement of Lost Time Injury (LTI)-free milestones. Most importantly, it has contributed to fostering a robust safety culture that resonates throughout the workforce.
