Moon Syafitri

Hi there! I'm currently a student at ITE West, with about two more years left to go before I graduate. At the moment, I'm not working full-time, but I stay busy with my hobbies. I'm really passionate about sports—I'm part of my school's netball team, and I also enjoy playing volleyball, badminton, and sepak takraw in my free time. Besides sports, I like to unwind by playing mobile games.

People often describe me as bubbly and approachable, and I love meeting new people. In the past, I worked for over a year as a customer service representative at Baskin-Robbins, where I gained valuable experience in the F&B industry.

I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Baskin-Robbins from 2023 to 2024, where I was responsible for serving customer orders, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and handling cashier duties. Additionally, I managed third-party deliveries and worked collaboratively with my team to ensure smooth operations in the store.

I am currently pursuing a 3-year Sports Management course at the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) West, which I began in 2024. Prior to that, I completed my N Levels at Northland Secondary School from 2020 to 2023, and I graduated from Fengshan Primary School in 2019 after completing my PSLE.
