With Subsea7, EMAS Chiyado/Aker Marine Contractor, Saipem, Global Industries, McDermott & L&T, completed various offshore projects by using 7Champaign/WB300/Castoro8/DLB332/DLB-264/DB-27/DB-26/Lewek Crusader/Lewek Teal/Lewek Toucan/Lewek Falcon/DSV-Eclipse.

FPSO Installation & De-commissioning: Installed 3 x NEW FPSO with external turret mooring system and associated with Mooring chain connection with Piles, Chain hook-up & tensioning, mid water arch, flexible risers, etc, including towing of FPSO. Also performed 3 x FPSO de-commissioning work includes Tri-catenary Mooring system, mooring chain, and anchor recovery etc.

Tender Support for Platform Installation, FPSO, Mooring System, Mid Water Arch, Flexibles Risers and Rigid Pipelaying, Spools, Riser Stalk-on, Crossing Supports and Grouting Operation: Supported 1st LTA SA tender with J Ray McDermott Dubai for MPOT 2006, HASBAH-II Tender Onshore JV Scope with L&T Consortium Partner for EMAS Chiyoda, ONGC-PRP3 Tender, 4 FPSO (Alima FPU, Thang Long Dong Do (TLDD) FPSO, Gendalo/Gehem FPSO) for EMAS AMC, MIP-2 Tender Offshore /Onshore Site Visit for Subsea7.

Offshore Structure (Jacket/Topside) Installation: Over 30 fixed Jackets installation includes Launching/Two block upending/vertical lifting & its auxiliary works (internal/external Skirt piles/Conductor Piles, Boat landing, Riser guards, Drilling Deck, Wireline poles), 20 Topsides/Deck Modules including Scrapper Deck, Production Deck Modules (PDM) & Flare Boom etc.

Subsea Package Fabrication: Package delivery includes Managing onshore fabrication package preparation, fabrication vendor selection and evaluation process and monitor their work scope for 240 spools/54 Risers/J-tubes/Subsea clamps and 450 crossing supports and 700 concrete mattresses delivery/loadout to execute offshore installation.

Subsea Works Associated with Diving Support Vessel: Project Management & offshore execution of around 50+ Risers, 20+ J/I-tubes, 200+ subsea clamps, 20+ PLEMs, 350+ Spools, 10+ Flexible Risers, 5+Mid water Arch, 900+ pipeline free span connection, 200+ post-lay support installation etc including vessel selection.

• Responsible for the overall management of project budgeting, execution, support, and planning with optimum resources, to ensure that projects objectives including contractual commitments are achieved.
• Control and report progress of activities against the agreed budget and schedule. Prepare and organise Project Monthly Status Report for review with Lesson Learned & Cost of Loss as required for continuous improvement by Management team.
• Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed project plans, critical path analysis. Monitor and control third parties such as SUBCONTRACTORs and VENDORs
• Develop Project Management and Operation Control System (including planning, e-documents and reports, Management of changes, quality control, risk analysis etc.). Co-ordinate activities with regard to Contract Estimating, Cost Control/Change Order Administration & Review. 
• Control overall project execution activities by leading project meetings, participating in stage reviews to identify opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, policies, processes, and practices in order to improve productivity and operational efficiency Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment.
• Facilitate the scope review cycle (kick off meeting, strategy review and management review) Ensure all deliverables are issued to the relevant management/functions for review and then to the Client in line with the scope assigned and as per schedule. 
• Ability to plan and organize activities and effect their implementation on a timely basis, through the various project execution phases in order to support the project’s overall cost and schedule objectives. 
• Coordinate the activities of the various disciplines involved on the project in accordance with Company requirement & the internal process map.

To works with tender teams to identify and quantify risks at the bidding stage then manages performance and risk throughout the project life cycle
