Ensure full compliance with business conduct, and ethics policies are adhered to for office and project sites. Ensure that all site activities adhere to WSH and Environmental legal requirements, clients’ requirements and other requirements. Plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and review safety-related programs.
Advice management on WSH deficiencies. Maintain all safety documentation and records. Investigate and submit accident reports and recommend remedial actions. Inspect and rectify any unsafe practices and conditions at the worksite, and put up reports on follow-up actions.

Previously my experience was in Property management and also FSM which i Manage and maintain the properties by conducting routine and preventive maintenance for the properties Supervise and ensure term contractor carry out the routines and ad-hoc works in accordance to Contract Inspect the properties according to inspection schedule for environmental health and safety concerns Attend to all complaints/feedback, incidents and crisis situations and submit incident report Coordinate, attend meetings and/or inspections and follow-up with Authorities/Departments and services providers Manage and maintain the M&E services and equipment in the properties Recommend and seek approval from client for all repair/replacement works Conduct fire safety management according to SCDF requirement (if required) Conduct safety briefing and induction for all contractors and new worker
Currently am doing my part time diploma in security studies and fire safety studies. I also have my Level A and Level B in workplace safety and also Certificate in Marine engineering. Before i went into national service i have comleted my Nitec in building services technology.
