• Operating the plant through Distributed Control System.
• Acting Shift Supervisor role when required for more than 6 years.
• Pre-startup Safety Review, Conducting HIRA, Issue, control and administer work permits and related documentation.
• Emergency response duties with due diligence and Site Incident Controller role.
• Overall Tightness Test, lock out Tag Out, safety surveillance and clearing the equipment for maintenance.
• Control and monitor process parameters and equipment and taking necessary precautionary steps to prevent equipment breakdowns, process upsets and product quality issues.
• Guide junior technicians on maintenance, emergency response, process trouble shooting, process sequence and safety interlock systems.
• Preparing PID drawings, documents for annual shut down activities and modification jobs–Isolation, blinding, purging, pressure test, plant safety checks.
• Liaison with various internal and external shareholders for installation and service.
• Reporting near-misses, 5S activities, participating in plant improvement suggestion scheme.

• High pressure high temperature reactor – Solution polymerization process by a combination of catalysts.
• Extruder Operations.
• Normal binary liquid-liquid distillation and azeotropic distillation columns.
• Handling high pressure feed stocks- ethylene, propylene, butene and octene.
• Purifiers – Adsorption beds for removing impurities from solvent and feed stocks.
• High pressure horizontal double stage reciprocating compressor.
• Scrubbing and vacuum units for solvent recovery.
• Utilities – Cooling tower, chilled brine system, Seal oil system, steam system.
• Handling packaging section, various chemicals and tank farm area activities.
• Handling various types of pumps, valves and heat exchangers.

Experience in Erection and commissioning activities of 5 TAFMER plant

(5TF Plant) between March2009 and December 2009 and for plant expansion project work between November 2020 and May 2021.

Completed Bachelor Degree in Engineering Technology in 2016 (Distant Education) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Rajasthan, India.

Completed Diploma in Chemical Technology in 2001 (Full Time) from Institute of Chemical Technology, Chennai, India.
