Unistrong is a subcontractor to SCDF emergency private ambulance operator which operates under 24-hours Emergency Medical Services (EMS).The main objective is to respond to 995 emergency calls providing pre-hospital treatment in which we attend to wide range of medical emergencies and life-threatening injuries.

• As a crew our objective is to respond within 1-minute and arrive at location within 11 min.

Unistrong is a subcontractor to SAF which operates under 24-hour Emergency Medical Services (EMS) standby. Base at designated SAF camps, dispatch by GSOC/ops centre through Intercoms.

• Operates in 3 men crew a paramedic, EMT and a driver. Objective is to respond through Matra/intercom within 1-minute of Dispatch to varies location such as in camps and outfield army casualties. Main role is to stabilize patient/casualties at scene with appropriate equipment and conveying patient to the nearest government hospital A&E department with the appropriate medical facility case by case basis.

(Prison Team)

2 Emergency Ambulance with 3 men crew each inclusive of Paramedic, Medic and a Driver.

Duties to respond for P2 case within 30-minute window from (Base) Link @ Ang Mo kio to various prisons in Singapore such as Singapore Changi Prison and Women’s prison escorted by 2 ATOS, Prison Warden or SPEAR team officers depending on the prisoner sentences.

Provide necessary pre-hospital care in the ambulance while on route to nearest hospital (CGH) Changi General Hospital and assisting the non-emergency ambulance.

Non-Emergency Ambulance

Provide patient transport to all who are physically challenged which need assistances to move around and provide medical care in ambulance if required.

• Inclusive of 2 men crew a medic and a driver. objective conveying and returning patient from home, community hospital, nursing home, Changi men’s prison, women’s prison and to doctor’s appointment at hospitals or clinic for dialysis treatments.

• Provide First Aid and medical standby coverage low-risk events such as corporate function, product launches to more high-risk events such as Marathon, triathlons, Rugby tournaments etc.

• Discharging of patient from hospital to designated locations.

• 1777 non-emergency A&E cases. provide necessary medical attention in ambulance while on route to hospital.

(1st Division Singapore Civil Defence Force HQ) Position Held: EMT 1st Division Medical Orderly EMS ASST (Operation Branch) Rank: COPARAL

Feb 2013 – Feb 2015.

Core duty is to assist the 1st division SCDF Emergency Medical Service (EMS) paramedic OIC to manage the daily operations and administrative duties of EMS in 1st SCDF Division, 1STdivision is the largest division in SCDF and oversees operations consist of seven fire station which five of them have EMS.

Objective to conduct regular assistance in auditing of the EMS ambulance crew and to compile the existing essential details to present it to the division commander with the head of branches including the commander fire station (CFS) which represent each of the seven fire station under 1st division SCDF HQ.

Besides initiating on core duty other involvement duties which include assisting in the management of the NSF’s medical certificates in Operations Branch, MRT rescuer exercise and operational medical standby for major events such as National Day parade 2014 in charge of medical equipment and stand by for further medical engagement.

Singapore Grand Prix F1 Night race in 2014 assisting with the command post medical standby and involved in Singapore Global Firefighters & Paramedics Challenge at Singapore Expo as a basic first aid and CPR-AED instructor to illustrate and educate the members of the public.
