Needa Shaikh

I am a broadcast journalist with 15 years of experience of leading teams in different newsrooms.

I excel at monitoring and producing news stories in a fast paced environment.

Some of the key events which I have worked on in the recent past include the Covid-19 coverage in India, The CCP's 100th anniversary in China, Presidential elections in the US, and the startup boom across APAC.

I am decisive and calm while leading the news gallery during live shows and am an excellent visual storyteller, combining elements such as footages, sound bites, infographics and guest interviews for an all-rounded news experience.
