Upon graduation, the first role I took upon for work is as a Senior HR Executive at Ness Global Services, being an IT 3rd Party Outsource provider to the company's client, being tasked to recruit and headhunt IT talents eg. IT Software Developers, Programmers, Apps Creators, network/system engineers, cloud architect , presales, BDM, AM, Sales hunter, solution consultant etc..
Provide advisory to HR Business users on HR Process Optimization and Efficiency, enabled through leading technology innovations, participated in HR functions business requirements analysis and identify HR technology solution providers to address the technology needs for specific functions.
Also, i have led the full life cycle HR technology projects and the associated project planning activities, support system fixes (i.e. configuration) and enhancements to digital platforms such as Workday for continuous operations and innovation…
Review, analyse and recommend adoption of cloud half yearly releases and monthly enhancement sprint to meet current and future strategic business needs and develop, implement, and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and business processes documentation
Be the interlock between HR Business, technology partners and external vendors to ensure compliance to governance standard, including performing annual audit on the human capital digital platform.
From this role, I also acquired tknowledge, soft skills set for recruitment and headhunting, understand and to comprehend the 360 degree process for hiring or talent acquisition search for potential candidates, to be hired into the company, then moving onto to HR generalist duties like EP Application, Onboarding, Training, Learning and Development, Compensation and Rewards, HR Policies Framework, Targets setting, Performance Reviews, 360 degree Performance Reviews, Scorecard etc..
Subsequently, also enrolled into HR Business Operations role and framework, going in depth to understand and know more about business operations, tackling day to day business operations issues, problems, resolving them with my team and colleagues etc..
Till date, firmly believe that HR and PR skills are often incorporated into our daily lives. Be it into a role of daily work or out of office, we have to maintain professionalism wherever we need to tackle or handle our daily house or family matters.
Am well versed in IT and technology platforms systems, programming, doing websites and apps etc..
My strengths will be able to multi-task, streamline and offer solutions to problems whenever surfaces. And maintaining good relations with the company on the whole.
