Nidhi Dave

Hi!

I am a 21 year old, multi disciplinary artist, with a keen interest in Ceramics and Sculpting. Having recently graduated from NAFA with a Diploma in Fine Art, I am looking to expand my artistic practice and slowly work towards creating a diverse and compassionate art scene that hones both skill and empathy. I am passionate (and very nerdy) about ceramics and enjoy the everydayness of studio maintenance and am always keen to explore and experiment with the vast possibilities that this craft lends itself to.

I have worked at POLKAROS studio, under designer Ros Lee where i assisted with studio maintenance, hand building classes and clay preparation. I briefly worked at ARUDIO as a wheel throwing assistant, where I helped take on larger wheel throwing classes and helped with studio maintenance. Most recently, I worked at The Art Bones Studio, where I handled ceramic classes, kiln loading, studio maintenance and glaze mixing.

I also worked at primary schools, assisting with hand building classes for children aged 12-14.

I completed my A Level Diploma at Dubai Gem Private School, Dubai UAE before moving to Singapore to complete my Diploma in Fine Arts at NAFA.
