As a creative design manager with over 7 years of experience, I excel at leading small-medium scale design projects from start to finish, with a focus on collaboration and innovation. This individual has experience in building communities and working in different countries, including the UK, Japan, and Singapore. As design lead at a start-up, they were involved in leading all aspects of developing the company from scratch, growing a community of over 50 creative urban nomads. In this role, they drove design and development from 0-1 of two unique mobile house products and implemented a revenue stream, developed a workshop program to deliver the product, and trained mentors to create multi-stream production and consolidate end-to-end services.
They also oversaw the successful builds of 40+ projects within 1.5 years and consulted with over 80 clients, developing company collaterals and planning events/pop-ups to boost customer acquisition. In addition, they worked with local real estate agents to assess and identify abandoned homes, developing strategies to convert them into community hubs for the mobile house community and oversaw the construction and handover process of four successful projects. They also have experience in architectural design, including preparing concept, design, and construction drawings, managing on-site construction, and leading concept development and competition entries and bids.
This individual graduated in 2016 from University College London's Bartlett School of Architecture with a BSc in Architecture and RIBA Part 1.
