With more than 10 years in project management (expertise in project financial portfolio management), I hold the responsibility of analyzing and refining complex P&L of multimillion-dollar projects in F500 organization. I am good in setting up cadences and devising strategies to achieve deliverables and identifying risk and opportunities.

I developed a series of recurring reports and dashboards. The reporting cadence enhanced our revenue forecasting and budgeting methodology. Those reports also improved visibility into our revenue, resource allocation, expense, and vendor management. The stakeholders leveraged those reports to load the revenue forecast more accurately.

I am passionate about data driven project decision making; implementing process re-engineering projects and to optimize revenue and margin P&L. Besides, I am also a certified PMP professional.
