*More than 10 years experienced in Microwave Plasma Chemical Vapour Deposition(MPCVD) Technology producing laboratory growth diamonds.
*2nd lead to the production organization of the company. Directly reporting to the Head of the Department.
*Oversees and directs production activities.
*Plans and coordinates production loading, machines productivity and efficiency.
*Material consumptions and manpower scheduling.
*Coordinates directly with other departments to address issues that affect quality and productivity.
*Performs internal audits to different departments to maintain compliance to the ISO standard systems.
*Sets up process specification and develops optimize process controls.
*Manages production Technicians and process Operators.
*Coordinates with QA, Maintenance and company management for the continuous and smooth workflow and make sure of positive production working environment.
*Prepares production manpower monthly schedule and arranges overtime schedule whenever necessary.
