• Coordinate with the Regional team/HQ team and local markets for new openings/ VM guidelines for launches
• Review proposed spaces for new free-standing Atrium & Mall exposure.
• Consults with local management(SG, Indonesia, India) to analyse location, traffic flow, and design criteria.
• Facilitate communication among key stakeholders during the design phase and all phases of construction to ensure projects are in line with brand business objectives and are completed in a timely manner, within budget, and up to brand guidelines.
• Establish an image database of all stores & counters and ensure information is up-to-date at all times.
• Work closely with local teams to interpret the brand vision and support the overall brand strategy through events and marketing calendars.
• In connection with all stakeholders, from conception to implementation, ensuring all project checkpoints are reached in a timely manner and within budget.
• Monthly Budgeting based on job scope and campaigns, Coordinating with Finance and Vendor on PR, PO, and invoice matters.
• Sourcing for material with the local and oversea vendor.
• Leading the store(25 current), and VM representatives, to prepare and set up all VM and promotional displays for launches, campaigns, and ad-hoc promos.
• Assigning projects/ tasks to team members based on skill set and workload (India)
• Manage budget and expenses of the visual merchandising team by controlling costs of travel expenses, vendor relations, signage, fixture expense, and in-house development of materials;
• Function Meeting with Stakeholders for ROI and development.
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
