A UX Designer/Researcher who has worked on designing conversational flows for chat bots alongside other products. Due to the many limitations of bot design versus traditional screens, I can bring a creative problem-solving approach to create products and effectively engage users based on solid user research and analysis. With a masters education in HCI, I am adept at keeping the design process user-centric with design thinking practices.

I have continued to apply and adapt these methodologies in a professional environment, while incorporating the client and business requirements. A strong proponent of user research, I’m competent in employing it in the process, to influence and communicate design decisions.
