Graduating with a Diploma in Wellness and Hospitality management. I have background knowledge in various subjects such as Nutrition, Anatomy & Physiology, Service Quality and professional Etiquette and Hospitality and Tourism Management. I believe that my understanding of all of these subjects allows me to provide excellent service quality towards others.

In turn, this would promote positive interactions with others. In addition, I am well-versed to impart whatever I have learnt to everyone. With that, it is my utmost personal value that I exhibit compassion and respect to whoever I am interacting with.

Having knowledge in customer relations and sales industry, I can provide supportive and constructive feedback or suggestions to address inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Gaining these experiences has taught me valuable problem solving skills which has helped customers and clients tremendously. I possess strong organizational and self-motivational skills.

I have a strong willingness to acquire new knowledge and gain new work experiences. Furthermore, I have a high sense of responsibility, passionate in the things I do and always determined to execute any task given to the best of my ability. Not forgetting, collaborating effectively with diverse team members to achieve goals on time.
