The programme's focus on ontological coaching has provided me with one of the most effective methodologies for personal and organisational transformation. Through ontological coaching, I have gained a deeper understanding of how we participate in the construction and co-creation of the reality we perceive and how that can facilitate the emergence of new possibilities in our personal and professional lives.
