- Assuming full responsibility of technical tools provided by company and make a best use of available granted tools while maintaining the equipment safety and their cleanliness.

- Handling the complete service and O&M activities entailing HVAC equipment like AHU's, Cassette units, Cooling Towers, Pumps and Chillers.
- Coordinating for materials/ spare parts planning related activities, requirement specification & offer evaluation.
- Executing cost and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
- Conducting performance of equipment's& calculations & requests for future development, thereby efficiency of equipment's are maintained.
- Preparing daily reports, monthly MIS and quarterly performance and reporting to management.
- Elimination of root causes using statistical tools.
- Maintain organized paper works & filing system, insuring that technicians and equipment's records & files are completed & updated in a timely mane.

- Conducting on-site training to upgrade service technicians/operators in terms of product knowledge, Operation, Safety awareness, behavior skills & value added services.
- Availability for all emergency service and breakdowns.
