Currently a Year 3 Marketing student at SUSS.
I have prior working experience in both the F&B, hospitality and HR industries, developing my soft skills in communication, interpersonal skills and even customer service skills. However, now I am embarking to study marketing as I feel this is where my passion lies. But my previous working experience in these varying industry has taught me a multitude of soft skills such as being able to communicate effectively with my team and clients, as well as working well in teams.
In addition, I am also extroverted and am comfortable speaking up, raising my opinions towards building a better product for the company.
I am fluent in written and spoken English and able to operate most Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel as well as their Google counterparts. I also have basic proficiency in applications such as Canva as well as Premier Pro.
In my free time, I embark on personal projects, creating and editing short videos for my TikTok (@MAOxOS). Learning to create trendy and humorous content as a way to develop my social media marketing skills and video editing skills. This means that I am also well versed in trends that are surfacing on the social media front.
In my various working experience, I can confidently say that approach each and every job with an open-mind to learn and grow as much as I can. I am open to challenges and looking forward to use this internship as a way to understand my strengths and work towards the right direction.
