Responsibilities: Abap Technical support required to develop and amend the following : Smart forms, Sap Scripts, SAP Report writers, funtion Module, RICEF, Odata Services, Class Methods, Enhancements, Menu Painter, SM30 Validations, using SAP Abap on Hana.
Enhancements :
- Implemented Validation for table maintenance using events and enhancements to standard include program.
- Enhanced the standard SAP Generic Object Services toolbar by adding functionality for multiple file uploads.
- Modified Sales orders and Sales Invoices smartforms and SAP scripts to incorporate enhancements, bug fixes, and layout changes..
- Automate Top Slicing program, Sales Order upload program to add additional email addresses in the uploading template.
- Amend in Payload received from Ariba for PO create and PO change existing Taxcode to the 9% GST Taxcode
- Amend Blocking customer report program to block customers with open FI for AR customers
Bug Fixing & Production Support:
- Resolved functional user issues by implementing enhancements and bug fixes in various subsystems, including FI, PS, and HR Systems. Offered guidance to users on their queries.
- Amend Common SAP Repot Writer where number of pages printed is wrong
- Amend SD smart form - ZSD_STAT_ACCOUNTS, ZSD_LO_STYLE

Development:
- Designed and implemented mass upload programs for master data in the Sponsored program, utilizing BDC for the SAP Grants Management module. Included WBS distribution into custom tables and Fixed Asset Master upload .
- Created a mass upload functionality for adding and maintaining user roles through a user-friendly UI, utilizing Excel for data upload. Developed a program for validation and upload, leveraging ODATA services .
