I had completed as [B. E (Civil)] from Taungoo Technological University in Myanmar. I have been worked the role of Quantity Surveyor to ensure necessary budgets are available to see the project through to completion and advice on possible ways of reducing the costs whilst maintaining building regulations standards and high quality of construction.
Manage and calculate the detail of measurements and bill for quantities for touch work and Lump-sum work and submit to Head
Office.
Quotation and discuss with sub contractor QS for quoted prices and quantities according to the specifications and drawings and then submit to Project Manager. Analyzing and negotiating costs in preparation of tender BQ. Measure and submit all the variation order.
Monthly progress claim and payment.AutoCAD drawing for bar bending schedule BBS, Shop drawing, As Built drawing for claim.Supervision and levelling with level instrument for earthwork excavation and backfilling. Calculating and monitoring materials on site. Daily paper works and daily report to main contractor.
Assist to draw.
