Ambitious, player-centred pickleball professional and certified official - a full-time coach since 2024, with a proven track record of developing talent, building engagement, and delivering results. Having coached 300+ students across all skill levels, with a consistent 40% repeat-lesson rate, I combine structured technical instruction, competition-standard expertise, and 20+ years of commercial and stakeholder leadership to design, lead and grow sustainable programmes. I do not just teach the game - I build pathways, lead teams, and nurture communities.

• Coached 300+ players from absolute beginners through to high-intermediate and emerging competitive levels; consistently deliver ~20 coached sessions weekly across 4 days, tailoring every approach to individual ability and goals.
• Developed and implemented structured player pathways covering technique, footwork, shot consistency, court positioning, doubles strategy, and match readiness - driving clear, measurable progress.
• Built strong loyalty and retention: 40% of students book follow-up lessons, reflecting proven satisfaction, trust, and commitment to long-term growth.
• Served as Chief Coach - Velocity@Novena Pickleball Activations (2025): led coaching allocation, coordinated team delivery, and ran large-scale introductory sessions - successfully introducing hundreds of new players to the sport.
• Officiated at EPIC World Championship, Pesta Sukan, and Pickle X Cup Championship 2026, OCBC-GE Pickleball Open 2026, bringing authoritative knowledge of rules, match procedures, and competitive standards directly into player training and programme design.
• Apply the Check–Act–Reinforce coaching framework: assess performance, deliver targeted instruction, and embed learning through purposeful practice and constructive feedback - accelerating development and building confidence.
• Leverage 20+ years of commercial and stakeholder management experience to align coaching quality, scheduling efficiency, and player experience with sustainable programme growth.
