Hi, I am Prabagaran S/O Muthaiya. I’m currently employed as an HSE Coordinator under Wah Loon Engineering Pte Ltd in service from Oct 2021. My Company core trade well versed in Electrical Installation and Instrumentation.
I entered into the HSE industry reason, for the satisfaction and passion in me which could make an impact in others daily life. I’m prepared to learn the knowledge and skills from various sources and colleagues from their experiences and to hone my skills and knowledge for my future. Aug 2020 till Oct 2021
Was employed under an MNC company C&W Services, and well versed Facilities Organisation. Working as a Technical Officer for DSTA Project looking after 2 army camps and base. Also perform additional in-house as an safety coordinator for major A&A Works inside the premises.
Day to day liaise with camp users on assist, recommend and implement mentality for and great environment to be in. Coordinator with sub contractors on daily works and high risk activities. Any other Works given by Facilities Manager and WSH Officer
Currently im employed as an HSE coordinator working for Wah Loon Engineering Pte Ltd, my company core trade and well versed in electrical installation and Instrumentations. I got this opportunity to be in the Safety industry from my mentor whom previously worker in this company. my daily task is to assist my team and sub tiers in their daily work activities. Act as an Permit assessor for high risk activities, recommending reasonable and practice solutions.
Help HSE officer and Ops team to implement ideas for a smooth work process to be completed in a safe mannerly and on time. Conduct weekly Inspection report, weekly environmental report and storage report in assisting my HSE officer. Conduct trainings and build a safety culture towards to work crew.
Identify potential hazards and eliminate and minimise such re occurrence. Parctipate in Management site walks in building a better culture for the Organization and work force. Any ad hoc works given by HSE officer or Lead HSEC.
My Highest Qualification : Higher Nitec In mechanical engineering (ITE College West) obtained on March 2022
Currently i‘m pursuing my part- time : Diploma in Civil & Structure Engineering (Ngee Ann Poly) on going my 3rd semester. Date of completion for diploma targeted on Oct 2024.
