• Perform internal and external Visual inspections of pressure vessels, towers, heat exchangers, piping, tanks, strainers, heaters and other miscellaneous equipment to determine the condition of the refinery asset. 
• Prepared Field inspection reports and issuing recommendations based on findings.
• Reviewed NDT reports & Witnessed NDT activities during Turn Around.
• Coordinated with the contractors to ensure the integrity of the equipment after repair and follow up the work progress. Prepared daily status report for Stationary equipment inspection team.
• Prepared the anomaly and defect tracking register including all defects detected during the time of inspection and which remedial actions should be taken to maintain these defects.
• Prepared the final summary report, after completion of Turn Around to maintain the plant History. 
• Identification of the corrosion loops of the pressure system of the refinery based on the PID, PFD and all related technical data.
• Preparing Corrosion Circuits based on the Corrosion Sectors for individual pipe lines and Equipment’s.
• Identification of the degradation mechanisms based on the API 571. 
• Assisted in the integrity projects and to carry out a base line survey for all vessels and pipe work. 
• Confirmed the degree of conformity with design wall thickness, and provide baseline measurements against which subsequent loss of wall thickness may be assessed.
• Aligned procedures and integrity management strategies based on local legislative requirements.
• Performed Life Extension Survey of Static Equipment/piping/tanks.
• Publish and maintain the long-term inspection plan for associated pipework, pipeline components, vessels and structures. 
• Manage the input of inspection results into the Inspection Data and review for accuracy and completeness.
• Carryout inspection on plant’s steel structure (pipe rack), process piping in a schedule inspection basis. 
• Supervise implementing NDT contractor for both scheduled interval inspection and maintenance and also Corrosion Monitoring. 
• Establish calculation for pressure piping and pressure vessels retirement thickness.
• Estimate useful life of equipment in assist in establishing schedule for repairs, replacement and/or inspection. 
• Witnessing for overhaul of pressure safety valves, pipe work, structural work, fabrications etc. including hardness testing, crack detection & radiographic examinations as quality control and witnessing ,re-certificate lifting equipment. 
• Identified, reported and assessed anomalies for further action or monitoring.

  Supported Plant Inspectors by providing technical guidance on every day issues.

  During shutdown campaigns / modification projects, monitored contractors' repair / modification work on behalf of client.
