• Review of relevant specification, standard, procedures and adhering to it without compromise to ensure the quality of the blasting and painting of the steel structures and spools.
• Inspection of blast cleaned steel and further coating to meet the given requirement.
• Measuring and assessing of surface preparation and coating parameters using updated gauges including latest Elcometer.
• Record of dew point, relative humidity, substrate temperature as per given specification.
• Measurement of surface profile of blast cleaned steel with dial micrometer and replica tape.

• Conduct in process and final inspection of painted/coated pipe surface including platforms prior to delivery and installation at site.
• Familiar with Coating systems related to Oil & Gas.

• Familiar with high temperature pipes (150 to 400 deg c) coating systems.

• Witness the lowering of the coated pipes and ensure that the pipe is lowered with damage if any.
