I wish to introduce myself as Priyanka Dwivedi. I completed my Ph.D. in collaboration from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India (I.I. T) and BITS Pilani K K Birla Goa campus on the topic entitled “Development of novel strategies for cartilage tissue engineering” under the guidance of Dr Ashok Kumar from IIT Kanpur as Co-supervisor and Dr Vijayashree Nayak from BITS Pilani Goa as a supervisor.
I worked for 1 year as commercial school teacher (11th -12 th) Biology in Math vision enrichment centre (Singapore). I took a career break to raise my daughter. Now I am ready to devote my time to my career and looking forward to a new challenge.
Apart from 1-year teaching experience in Singapore. I have 4 years of teaching experience in Science (Biological, Microbiology, Instrumental Methods of Analysis Laboratories) to undergraduate students as part of the Ph.D. programme. During this period, I have been involved in preparing lessons for students, conducting exams and their assessment.
My professor always praised me for my excellent presentation’s skills. Personally, I enjoy teaching, it’s my dream job, I feel it’s the best way to contribute to the world by giving the best knowledge and path to our future generation. Moreover, I always try to upgrade myself with current knowledge, try to understand the needs of the students, make the subject interesting and enjoyable to make them prepare for the real world.
I also have research experience of more than 5 years in Cell culture, molecular biology, animal work, and tissue engineering. I have a few international publications (details attached in CV). I have good command over the English language. I do have efficient knowledge in MS office and worked on various software like photo shop, origin.
